COVID-19 and Safety

Personal safety has been and continues to be at the heart of the Heiniger business. To ensure we continue with this mission, we have taken the following steps in response to the developing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.


Everyone’s personal safety

The safety of you, our customer, and our team members are our top priorities. As the situation develops, we have taken on stricter procedures to ensure our operation remains in-line with government sanctioned social distancing measures. All Heiniger staff have been instructed to halt all visits to shearing sheds and retail stores until further notice. This relates to both our Australia and New Zealand operations.

Heiniger offices and warehouses will continue to operate as normal, with staff who can work remotely now doing so.


We’re available to support you

Our Territory Sales Managers continue to function normally. We have strong contingency plans in place, and robust technology that will allow us to run our operations remotely if necessary. Our Territory Sales Managers will continue to provide you with the highest level of customer service, support and assistance on the phone, via video calls and email. Likewise, our office contacts for enquiries and order processing remain fully operational and can be reached as normal.
